Inspecting the chain links

Position combination tool
Guideline
The upper part of the chain must be taut.
All teeth of the combination tool engage with the chain links.
Not all teeth of the combination tool engage with the chain links.

Change drivetrain kit (see repair manual).
Final steps
–
Install the chain guard (if mounted).
–
Remove the motorcycle from the lift stand (see owner's manual).
