OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove the kettle from the base, open the lid and fill it with cold water (only within the MIN-MAX range marked
on the watermark inside the kettle) and close the lid.
2. Place the kettle on the base. The electrical contacts will connect automatically. Thanks to the central connector
design, the kettle can turn around 360° and can be placed on the base from any side.
3. Connect the base to the mains. You will hear a sound signal, all the indicators will light up for a moment and then
the current temperature will remain lit. The kettle is ready for use.
4. When you press the ON/OFF button, the display flashes "100" and the kettle automatically boils the water to 100 °C.
5. Press the + or - button to set the desired cooking temperature (40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 or 100°) press the + or - button
as many times as necessary until the desired temperature flashes on the display. Confirm the selection with the
ON/OFF button. After a few seconds, the kettle will automatically start boiling water. The heating indicator will
light up.
6. When the boiling point is reached, you will be alerted by 2 beeps, the heating indicator will go out and the kettle
will automatically switch off.
7. Remove the kettle from the base and use the water.
8. If you need to reheat the water that has just been boiled, wait approximately 30 second before switching on the
kettle again.
Note:
• The heating process can be interrupted by pressing the ON/OFF button.
• A few drops of water appearing on the base of the kettle after use is not a sign of a defect.
• The kettle has a Keep Warm function (reheating of water). Touch the + or - button to set the desired temperature
(40, 50, 60, 70, 80 or 90°) and confirm with the Keep Warm button (the function cannot be used at 100°). The heating
indicator and the Keep Warm indicator will light up. After three flashes of the internal water temperature and an
audible signal, the water will start to boil. When the set temperature is reached, you will be alerted by a beep twice.
The kettle enters the Keep Warm mode (the heating indicator goes off and the Keep Warm indicator flashes). In this
mode, the kettle maintains the temperature for 2 hours. After 2 hours, an audible signal sounds and the display
goes off after 20 minutes.
• If you remove the kettle from the base and put it back in Keep Warm mode and the water temperature is within ±
5° of the selected temperature, Keep Warm mode continues.
• If you want to switch off the Keep Warm function, press the Keep Warm button after heating water.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Caution!
Before each cleaning of the appliance, unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet! Make sure the appliance has
cooled before handling it!
To clean the surface of the appliance, use only a damp cloth, no detergents or hard objects, as they can damage the
surface of the appliance!
Never clean the appliance under running water, do not rinse it or immerse it in water!
Descaling
During normal use, deposition of impurities from water occurs. Use commercially available descaling agents to clean
them (follow the manufacturer's instructions).
Note: Remove the deposits regularly, approximately once a week, depending on the water hardness and frequency of
use. The deposits significantly reduce the heating capacity and the lifespan of the appliance.
