Le port COM utilisé est bloqué par un autre programme. Fermez tous les programmes et
redémarrez l'Utilitaire de configuration LIBERO.
Les touches du LIBERO n'ont pas été maintenues enfoncées pendant assez longtemps
Démarrer en mode de configuration
Le fichier a été classé dans les spams ou bloqué par le pare-feu. Pour résoudre les problèmes,
contactez votre département IT.
Changer la langue de l'application
Si vous avez besoin d'aide de notre part, préparez les informations suivantes:
- Version du logiciel ; sélectionnez "A propos de " dans le menu "Aide"
- Type d'appareil utilisé
- Quelles ont été les actions précédant la survenue du problème (description précise de la
manipulation de l'enregistreur: durée, température, choc, etc.)
- Spécification de l'erreur, codes d'erreur, fichier PDF
