Door open alarm
If the refrigerator door remains open for more than three minutes, an alarm will sound
continuously; the alarm can be stopped by pressing on the SET button but it will trigger
again after three minutes if the door remains open. The alarm will remain active as long as
the door is not closed.
•
Memory during power cuts
In the event of a power cut, the refrigerator will retain the settings previously set until the
power has been restored.
•
Power on delay
In the event of a power cut of a short duration (less than five minutes), in order to protect the
refrigerator compressor against any damage, the compressor does not start up immediately
when switched back on.
•
Default alarm
When the light for mode 3 or mode 5 flashes continuously, this indicates a fault with the
refrigerator. In this event, please contact customer service for an inspection call out.

Explanations
These temperatures are best suited to
preserve food. We recommend setting the
temperature to +4°C and -18°C for normal
day-to-day use.
These are the recommended settings when
the ambient temperature exceeds 30°C.
This setting is used when you want to freeze
food for a short while. The appliance resumes
normal functioning when the process ends.
If you believe that the chiller compartment
isn't cold enough owing to the heat or
frequent opening / closing of the door.

Coldest part of the refrigerator compartment
•
The symbol
indicates the coldest part of the refrigerator where the temperature
is 4°C or below. It is located in the chiller compartment (as shown in the diagram on
page 46).
•
To ensure that it stays at the correct temperature, make sure the removable shelf covering
it is installed next to the sticker.
Temperature indicator
•
To keep food fresh in your refrigerator, especially if it is in the coldest part, make sure that
the temperature indicator reads "OK". If OK is not displayed, it means that the average
temperature is too high, in which case the refrigerator thermostat should be set to a
higher temperature.

you should turn the thermostat up to a colder setting.
•
Whenever you alter the temperature setpoint, you should leave the internal temperature
time to stabilise before making any other changes. The temperature should only be
changed progressively and you should wait at least 12 hours before rechecking the
temperature and making further changes.
•
It is normal for OK not to show on the temperature indicator after loading the appliance
with fresh food or repeatedly opening the door (or leaving it open for a long time); please
therefore wait at least 12 hours before adjusting the temperature.
Explanations
This setting is used when the chiller
compartment is full or when you want to
rapidly cool down food. You need to activate
the quick cooling function a few hours before
placing food inside.
