Clean regularly as explained in maintenance instructions to avoid
malfunction.
•
Always unplug from power supply before maintenance.
•
After using pour out remaining water from the tank, and wipe the tank with
a clean and dry cloth.
•
Essential oils can stain: please wipe the oil away after using.
•
Keep the product away from heat sources, air conditioners or fans.
•
Do not tip the product when it is working because this may cause water to
enter the mechanism and cause malfunctions.
•
Use pure water only; do not use mineral water, sparkling water etc.
•
Keep it away from the reach of children and pets.
•
If smoke or burning smell is detected, unplug it immediately.

Possible Cause
Is there enough water in the
tank?
Is the power cables connected
properly?
Not enough water?
Too much water?
Dirt on the ultrasonic plate?
Inner shell and outer shell are
not installed properly?
Dirt on the air suction port on
the underside of the base?
Solution
Add water to the tank.
Disconnect, check cables and
Front Bottom re-connect carefully.
Add amount of water in the tank.
Water must never be filled over 120ML(-
MAX) line.
Please refer to maintenance in-
structions, remove or reinstall the shells
correctly, so vapours can be released
freely.
Clean the air suction port.
Reduce airflow will affect mist.
