BATTERIES
These batteries have been designed to provide a long, trouble-free life. However, like all
batteries, they will eventually wear out. Do not disassemble the battery and attempt to replace
the batteries. Handling these batteries, especially when wearing rings and jewelry, could result
in serious burns.
For the longest possible battery life, we suggest the following:
Remove the battery from the charger once it is fully charged and ready for use. For storage
of batteries longer than 30 days:
- Store the battery at a temperature below 27°C and away from moisture.
- Store the batteries in a state of charge of 40%-60%.
- Every six months of storage, charge the battery normally.
DISASSEMBLY AND PREPARATION FOR BATTERY RECYCLING
To conserve natural resources, recycle or dispose of batteries properly.
This product contains LITIO-ION batteries. Local, state or federal law may prohibit the disposal
of LITIO-ION batteries in ordinary waste. Consult your local waste authority for information on
available recycling and/or disposal options.
ATTENTION: When removing, cover the battery terminals with heavy-duty adhesive
tape. Do not attempt to destroy or disassemble the battery pack or remove any of its
components. LITIO-ION batteries should be recycled or disposed of properly. Also,
never touch both terminals with metal objects and/or body parts, as a short circuit
may occur. Keep it out of the reach of children. Failure to follow these warnings
could result in fire and/or serious injury.
TRANSPORT OF LITHIUM BATTERIES
Transport the battery in accordance with local and national regulations and standards.
Follow all special packaging and labeling requirements when transporting batteries by a
third party.
Ensure that no batteries can come into contact with other batteries or conductive materials
during transport by protecting exposed connectors with non-conductive caps or insulation
tape.
Do not carry batteries that are cracked or leaking.
