- Page 6 INTRODUCTION ENGLISH AND SAFETY NORMS INTENDED USE The glasswasher/dishwasher may only be used for cleaning cups, and similar restaurant ware and commercial catering. Any change in design or use of the dishwasher carried out without the written permission will lead to warranty nullification. If damage is caused to the glasswasher due to failure to observe the instructions given in this manual, no claims under the warranty agreement can be submitted to.
- Page 7 RESIDUAL RISK Although the appliance is equipped with the above-mentioned safety devices, danger of burns to upper limbs persists. As already mentioned in the paragraph “DURING WASHING OPERATIONS”, avoid dipping your naked hands into soapy hot water of the tanks. This can cause burns and skin irritations. In this case, immediately rinse them with plenty of water.Anyway consult the product card of the detergent employed.

- Page 21 RINSE ARMS CLEANING For optimal rinsing, it is advisable to check that the rinse arm nozzles are perfectly clean. Ineffective rinsing could compromise the results of the final wash. Use metal strip cod. 0300009 for cleaning the rinse arm nozzles. (n.b.The metal strip is not included! ) Insert it deeply into the micro-slots of the nozzles to remove any impurities that may be present.
- Page 22 USEFUL HINTS FOR STAINLESS STEEL MAINTENANCE Stainless steel is so called because it is not affected by oxidation; this dues its resistance to a thin molecular layer of oxide on the surface which protects againts further oxidation. There are, however, substances which can modify or destroy this layer, giving rise to corrosion: besides preventing the protective film of oxide from reforming, these substances corrode the stainless steel itself and can cause irreparable damage.

- Page 31 NETTOYAGE DES GICLEURS DES BRAS DE RINÇAGE Pour un rinçage optimal il est conseillé de contrôler le nettoyage optimal des gicleurs des bras de rinçage. Un rinçage pas efficace pourrait compromettre les résultats du lavage final. Utilisez la bande métallique code 0300009 pour le nettoyage des gicleurs des bras de rinçage. (N.B la bande métallique n’est pas en dotation !) Insérez-la tout au fond des microfissures des gicleurs pour enlever toute impureté.
