BATTERIES AND RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES
RISK OF EXPLOSION OR ACID BURN
I
I
ntense heat may cause batteries / rechargeable batteries to explode.
Leaking battery acid may cause acid burns.
For this reason:Batteries and rechargeable batteries
may not be exposed to direct solar radiation / intense heat for an extended period,
may not be heated or thrown in the fire and heat accumulation in the electric torch must be
prevented e.g. by covering,
may not be thrown in the water or left in the rain,
may not be ingested,
may not be opened, damaged or short-circuited,
may only be charged if they are properly marked,
may not be stored within reach of children,
may only be inserted according to the marks (+/-) shown in the battery compartment,
must be removed from the electric torch if not used for an extended period or if they are

What should I do:
In case of leaking batteries, put cloths underneath the batteries and prevent the battery fluid from
contacting the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. In case of contact, immediately flush the affected
