Étape 5 : Option A (recirculation) : Préparer le dessus de l'armoire
Sont nécessaires :
Perceuse électrique avec des
mèches de 1,27 cm (1/2 po) et 0,95
cm (3/8 po)
Scie (sauteuse, trépan ou à
guichet)
Il est nécessaire de forer des orifices pour les vis du support supérieur, ainsi qu'un orifice suffisamment large pour y passer
le câble d'alimentation et une découpe suffisamment large pour l'adaptateur d'évacuation.
1 Mettre la prise dans l'armoire hors tension.
2 Vider complètement l'armoire.
3 Suivre les directives sur le gabarit de la partie supérieure de l'armoire.
Remarques :
• Si le fond de l'armoire est encastré et que le gabarit est trop large, découper les bords pour qu'il puisse s'y adapter. Le gabarit doit
s'adapter sans problème à l'intérieur de l'espace sans le porte-à-faux.
• S'assurer que les côtés gauche et droit sont équivalents. Par exemple, s'il est nécessaire de découper les côtés de 2,5 cm (1 po),
couper 1,27 cm (1/2 po) sur le côté gauche et 1,27 cm (1/2 po) sur le côté droit.
• Certaines armoires ont un petit crochet ou un bloc collé entre le porte-à-faux et le dessous du fond de l'armoire. Découper le gabarit
pour s'adapter autour d'eux, afin qu'ils reposent à plat au fond de l'armoire.
4 Pour positionner le gabarit pour armoire supérieure :
• Aligner la ligne médiane du gabarit sur celle tracée précédemment sur le mur.
• Aligner la bordure arrière du gabarit sur le mur arrière (armoires à partie inférieure lisse ou plate) ou sur l'arrière de
l'espace d'encastrement (pour les armoires encastrées) afin de s'assurer que les orifices percés dans l'armoire
supérieure sont alignés avec les orifices du dessus du four à micro-ondes.
5 Fixer le gabarit avec un ruban adhésif sur la partie inférieure de l'armoire.
ATTENTION : Porter des lunettes de sécurité lors du forage d'orifices dans le fond de l'armoire.
6 Percer des orifices de 0,95 cm (3/8 po) dans le gabarit aux points A et C.
7 Percer un orifice de 5 cm (2 po) de diamètre sur le point D pour le câble d'alimentation.
8 Découper la partie en grisé E à travers le fond de l'armoire.
9 Enlever le gabarit.
