Connecting Your Zeon Endeavour Series Headlight to a Loupe or Other Eyewear
Secure the headlight cable to the temple arm of your frame by wrapping the spiral temple clip
around both the temple arm and cable. The cable also includes an adjustable gown clip to keep it
out of the working area.

Secure to the bridge of your frame by loosening the thumb screw on top to open
Jaw Clip
the jaw arms, then tighten the thumb screw to close the jaw arms over the top and
bottom of your frame bridge.
Flip-up Mount
Hinge Assembly
Secure to the hinge assembly by pushing the connector onto the front of the hinge. Orascoptic
offers different flip-up clips to secure to various Orascoptic and competitor flip-up hinges. Even if
your flip-up clip looks different from what is shown, the method to secure is still the same.

Mounting Screw
Universal Mount
Use an optical screwdriver to loosen the mounting screw and open the mounting arms. Push the
universal mount down over the top of your frame with mounting clip in front of the carrier lens
and mounting arms behind the carrier lens. Center the universal mount over the bridge of your
loupe frame and tighten the mounting screw until the device is secure.

Through-the-lens (TTL) Mount
Slide the clip onto the mounting block and tighten the thumb screw on top.
If a mounting block is not attached to the bridge of your loupe frame, attach one
using the parts and instructions provided with your loupe connection kit.
