● The overheating protection stops the product if it
overheats. If this happens, pull out the power plug and
allow the fan to become cool. The overheating protection
resets automatically when the product has cooled down.

Storage
● Let the product become cool before it is stored.
● Cover the product with a plastic bag and put it back in
the box. Store it indoors in a cool and dry location when
not in use.
● Clean the product with a vacuum cleaner or compressed
air if it is dusty when you take it out from storage.

Troubleshooting
Problem
The product does not start
even when it is plugged in.
The heater element glows.
The fan operates but the
heating element does not
get hot.
Abnormal noise.

Possible cause
The plug or wire is broken.
There is no power in the socket outlet.
The input voltage is too high or too
low.
The air inlet is blocked.
The thermostat knob is not set to a
heat mode.
The thermostat has disconnected the
heating element.
The overheating protection has been
activated.
The product stands on an uneven
ground.

Maintenance
Warning! Disconnect the product from the power
outlet before it is cleaned or any maintenance is done.
5.1
To clean the product
Caution! Do not use solvent to clean the product.
Do not let water get inside the product.
● Clean the product with a damp cloth.
● If the product is very dirty, clean with a sponge dipped in
<50°C water and mild detergent. Dry with a clean cloth
afterwards.
● Clean the cord and plug with a dry cloth and keep it
stored in a plastic bag.
Pull out the plug, examine the connections and then
reconnect the power plug.
Connect the plug in a outlet with power.
Connect the power plug into a power outlet with
the correct voltage (see rating label).
Put the fan at a safe distance from curtains, plastic
bags, papers and other objects that can cover or
block the air inlet.
Turn the knob to a heating mode.
Turn the thermostat knob and listen for a "click"
sound. If there is no click and the thermostat is
undamaged the heating element will automatically
turn on when the temperature has dropped.
Stop the product and make sure that the air inlet or
air outlet are not blocked. Pull out the plug and wait
at least 10 minutes to let the overheating protection
reset. Then restart the product.
Put the product on a horizontal and stable ground.
