GUIDE FOR ASSEMBLING THE
BIKE
1 Preparation
Tools needed: Please open the carton from
the top.
Take out the bike and all parts. Find the small
tool case and open it. Take out the tools from
the tools case. You will also need a knife or
scissors to cut the fixing tapes on the bike and
parts. Take care not to scratch or markthe bike.
2 Adjustment of brake
Warning
The assembly of this product must be completed by an adult.
Some parts or parts during assembly may contain sharp edges or
functional sharp ridges that pose a risk of physical injury to
children.
Assembly steps
1. Preparation before assembly
Take out the product, cut off the tie with
scissors, and take out the handlebar, as
shown in figure 1

2. Install handlebars
Remove the protective cover from the end of the stem. Place the
end of the stem in the mounting. Adjust the handlebar to the right
height and direction, perpendicular to the front wheel. (Please note
the "minimum insertion mark" on the tube.) Tighten the bolt on the
top of the tube. When the handlebar is correctly fixed, the child
should be able to easily reach the tow grips of the handlebar with
his/her hands.

Adjust handlebar
Loosen the long bolt, insert the tube into the front fork riser, adjust
the insertion depth to the position suitable for the height of the
rider, tighten the bolt(torque more than 200kgf.cm/20N.m); Note:
The minimum insertion depth is subject to no visible safety line.
After adjusting the handlebars vertically, tighten the clamp and
lock the screw(torque 200kgf.cm/20N.m or more). The torque of
the four-point locking screw: 70kgf.cm/7N.m or more. Adjust the
brake lever to the position required by the rider (generally at an
angle of 30° -35° with the horizontal plane), lock the brake lever
fixing screw (locking torque above 60kgf.cm/6N.m). Finally, adjust
the bell to the horizontal state and lock the fixing screw.
(Tightening torque: 20kgf.cm/2N.m or above)
