Installation and usage
1. Harness: push the button and pull on the shoulder straps to loosen them. Pull
the adjuster strap to tighten the belts. Push the buckle button and the straps will
pop-out (fig.1-2-3-4).
2. Headrest: pull up or push down the headrest to adjust (fig.5).
3. Newborn inlay: use the newborn inlay between 40 and 60 cm. Remove it after
the baby exceeds this height (fig.6).
4. Handle adjustment: the handle can be adjusted in 3 positions, push the button
and adjust to desired position (fig.7).
5. Canopy: push forward or pull back the canopy to adjust to desired position
(fig.8). To remove the canopy, unhook the elastic loop on the rear part of the
product, then the two lateral elastic lops and the mounting point. Put back in
reverse order (fig. 9-10-11).
6. Securing the child in the car seat: open the harness, then lift the headrest and
place your child into the car seat. Close the harness and then adjust the straps
(fig. 12-13-14). Attention! The seat belts should be tight around your child's
body, but they are not allowed to make him uncomfortable. Make sure that the
straps are not twisted while the child is seated (fig.14).
7. Vehicle installation: adjust the handle of the infant car seat to carry position,
then carry it to the car and place it on one of the approved seats in the vehicle.
Place the diagonal belt through the rear belt guide and the lap belt through the
lower belt guides, then tension appropriately (fig. 15-16).
8. Removing and refitting the seat cover: first, take out the easily removable
parts such as the shoulder and crotch pads, the newborn inlay and the canopy
(fig. 17). Then remove the headrest (fig. 18). Finally, start to remove the seat
cover starting from the lower side and moving upwards around the product (fig.
19). To refit, do the above steps in reverse.
Cleaning and maintenance
This product has been designed to meet safety standards and the correct use
and maintenance will give many years of trouble-free performance.
Store the product in a dry and safe place. Avoid leaving the car seat in direct
sunlight for prolonged periods because this will cause the fabric colors to fade.
Inspect the product regularly and stop using it if you find signs of damage.
DO NOT take apart the product for cleaning.
Clean plastic and metal parts with a sponge, clean water and a mild detergent.
Refer to the care label on the textile parts for details about the care of the soft
goods. Never clean with abrasive, ammonium or bleach-based cleaners or with
sanitizers.
