Align the pre-drilled holes on the rail and posts, then slide the
post anchors all the way up through the enlarged holes on the
bottom of the rail until they bottom out against the posts and
fasten together with a total of four 3/4" screws.

One by one, guide the numbered pickets down through the
three horizontal rails. Push down into the horizontal rail until
the pickets lock into place.
