Identify the top/middle and bottom rails
(Bottom rails' holes are on only one side for pickets)
Pressure fit the three loose rail end caps into the ends
of each rail.
Position the two posts as illustrated and slide the top and
middle rails down over the posts - towards the locking
tabs - until the pre-drilled holes in rails are aligned with the
the pre-drilled holes in both posts.
Shine an LED light from smart phone or flashlight down the
end of the posts to help identify alignment of pre-drilled
holes if necessary.
Screw the top and middle rails into both sides of both posts
using 8 of the 3/4" screws provided.
