INSTRUCTIONS CONTINUED.....
Refrigerated Cooler side:
Carefully lift and tip the shroud/basin assembly the
cooler frame.
Connect black wires from shroud assembly to
solenoid valve and to the piggyback connector on
solenoid valve; connect red wire to open terminal on
solenoid valve; connect sensor white wire to white
jumper wire connected to power cord.
Disconnect the water line at the solenoid valve.
Reference (Fig. 25, Pg.19) for the operation of the
quick connect fi ttings.
Non-Refrigerated Cooler side:
Carefully tip the shroud/basin assembly toward the cooler
frame.
Connect black wires from shroud assembly to solenoid
valve and to the piggyback connector on solenoid valve;
connect red wire to open terminal on solenoid valve; connect
sensor white wire to white jumper wire connected to power
cord.
Re-connect the water line at the solenoid. Reference (Fig. 25,
Pg.19) for the operation of the quick connect fi ttings.
Precautions need to be taken when
replacing the Basin/shroud assembly:
1) Make sure all wires are inside
frames so as not to become pinched.
2) Water line coming from bottle fi llter
drain must be pulled down as not to
interfere with the fan operation. The
fan blade needs to spin freely.
