• Please do not exceed the maximum du-
ration of 30 seconds.
• After three 30 second intervals with short
interruption (approx. 5-10 seconds) a lon-
ger pause (min. 3 minutes) should follow.
• Pull the plug.
Note
The coffee grinders are designed for
short-term high performance and
very high speed. Please stop the
operation after 30 seconds and give
the motor and other moving parts a
short time to cool down.
Do not remove the lid
before the grinding blades
have stopped moving.
Danger of injury!
• Open the lid and turn the stainless steel
container counterclockwise to remove
it and take out the coffee powder.
• Replace the container by turning it
clockwise.
• Wait at least 3 minutes until you use the
device again. After using it three times,
allow it to cool to room temperature to
avoid overheating.
Grinding of coffee beans
(approx. 70 g):
• Fill the stainless steel container with a
maximum of 70 g of coffee beans.
• You can regulate the grinding strength
by the duration of the grinding process
• Test how long you have to grind to
achieve the grinding degree for your
favorite coffee.
Grinding of grains
(approx. 50 g):
• Cereals such as oat flakes, spelt or rye
can be easily processed in the grinder.
• Fill the stainless steel container with a
maximum of 50 g of grain.
• Please note that due to the different na-
ture of the grain, the filling quantity may
vary slightly from variety to variety.
• Grinding soy flakes, sunflower seeds
and the like is also possible without
problems.
Note
For harder grinding material (e.g. sugar
cubes and nuts), hold down the start
button in 5-second increments. The
pauses between the steps should be ap-
prox. 5-10 seconds. The total grinding
time should not exceed 30 seconds.
Grinding of spices (ca. 50 g):
• Fill the stainless steel container with a
maximum of 50 g.
• Spices that are easy to grind are, for ex-
ample: Mustard seeds, pepper, salt, bay
leaves, chili, etc.
• You can even crush sugar cubes in the
Cloer grinder.
Grinding of nuts
(approx. 20 g):
• Fill the stainless steel container only
minimally.
• The knife inserts should be lightly cove-
red with nuts.
• Depending on the type of nut (e.g. wal-
nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, cashew nuts,
etc.), the gram numbers may vary.
• Please note that depending on the oil
content of the nuts, the ground materi-
al can easily become sticky.
• Grind the nuts at pulsating intervals, as
described above.
Cleaning
• Pull the power plug prior to cleaning
the device.
• Never immerse the base of the grinder
