2. Locate the other mounting brackets (A) on the wall over a wall stud and 2 inches below the
mounting brackets already secured to the back of your furniture piece. Attach the mounting
bracket into the wall stud using 2 long screws (C) provided.
Note: If you cannot install the mounting brackets aligned with studs in your wall, you will need to
use the wall anchors (B) provided. Using a drill with an 8mm drill bit, drill holes into your wall
following the spacing of the mounting bracket. Use a hammer to gently insert the wall anchors
into your wall.
3. Place the furniture piece into position so that both mounting brackets are vertically in line.
4. Lace the end of the metal restraint strap through each mounting bracket. Bring both ends
together and slide the flat end through the locking end and draw it through until all slack is
removed.
5. Confirm that the strap is securely laced and locked.
