Using the perching stool
When moving, always lift the perching stool by placing your hands on the tubular metal frame under the seat.
Do not allow children or unauthorized persons to play with or use the equipment without proper supervision.
Do not rock back and forth or side to side when using the stool as this will cause excessive strain and possible damage and
failure which could result in injury.
Do not use the perch stool outside the house or on uneven surfaces (such as in the garden) as this will cause strain on the
legs and possible damage leading to injury.
Do not place fingers or foreign objects in any of the exposed tubular sections as this may result in serious injury.
Cleaning
Before cleaning the chair, please remove all the pin clips and the four extension feet with the end caps fitted. Clean these
components separately from the main frame.
Clean the upholstery using a soft, non-abrasive cloth and a mild detergent. Abrasive cleaners and/or abrasive cleaning pads will
seriously damage the upholstery beyond repair.
Instructions for use
To adjust the height, press the silver button on each leg, move the leg to the desired height, ensuring that the button is securely fixed
in a hole before moving on to the next leg. Extend all the legs evenly to the desired height position, taking care not to go beyond the
last drilled hole in the extension leg.
Note that the perching stool is designed to tilt forward. Do not adjust any of the legs so that the seat is level, as this will put excessive
strain on the legs, compromising the user's safety and potentially causing permanent damage to the perching stool, including
fracture of tubular and other sections.
Check
Periodically check that all components are present, correctly assembled and correctly tightened.
