TROUBLESHOOTING
Heart-rate signal not available:
This smartwatch is monitoring your heart rate
data during your trainings and your daily life.
At times, the watch may not show an accurate
heart rate signal or no rate at all. Usually,
dotted lines are shown instead of gures/mea-
surements.
If you do not succeed in having a heart rate
signal, check if you wear the watch properly -
adjust it to avoid wearing it too high or too low,
nor too tight or too loose on your wrist.
After this adjustment, turn on the real-time
heart rate monitoring to obtain a gure.
If there is still no heart rate gure, check if the
heart rate monitoring function is turned on on
the SMART-TIME PRO APP.
PAIRING PROBLEMS
If your mobile cannot be pair with the watch,
check in your smartphone Bluetooth settings if
the device "ALTSWAT1BLK" is available. If it is
the case, it means there is no problem with the
Bluetooth signal. Please check if the watch is
paired with another phone and unpair it.
