GUARANTEE
The manufacturer guarantees his machine, engine
included, for 36 months from the date of purchase
and upon presentation of proof of purchase (receipt,
invoice).
The manufacturer ensures the replacement of all
parts recognized as defective by a defect or a
manufacturing defect.
Under no circumstances can the guarantee give rise
to a reimbursement of the equipment or damage
and direct or indirect interests, of whatever nature.
To benefit from after-sales service under warranty,
the applicant must send his ask an After-Sales
Service (SAV) workshop approved by WM France.

on the website www.eco-repa.com
For any request for spare parts, the exact model of
the machine must be specified, the year of
manufacture and the serial number of the device.
This warranty does not cover:
• abnormal use or use not in accordance with the
instructions for use
• lack of maintenance
• thermal model: a bad mixture or a lack of oil
• use for professional or rental purposes
• assembly, adjustment and start-up of the device
• any damage or loss occurring during transport or
movement
• any damage resulting from a shock or fall
• postage and packing costs for the equipment (any
postage due shipment will be refused by the Service
after-sales)
• so-called wear parts or consumables (knives,
blade, spark plug, knife support shaft, cables,
wheels and hubcaps, recovery bag, etc.)
• Costs of immobilization or rental of a device in the
event of a breakdown.
The guarantee will be automatically canceled in the
event of:
• modifications made to the machine without the
authorization of the manufacturer
• assembly of parts that are not original or approved.
The manufacturer declines all civil liability resulting
from improper use or non-compliance with the
employment standards and/or the regulations in
force and lack of maintenance of the machine.
The repairs carried out or the parts replaced cannot
under any circumstances lead to the extension of
the original warranty period.
