Cooking, Defrosting, and Auto Features
TIME COOK
1. Press the TIME COOK button once for the screen to display ":0".
2. Enter the desired cooking time with the number keys. The maximum cooking time value is 99:99.
3. Press the START/PAUSE button to start cooking. The cooking time will begin counting down. An
alarm will sound and the screen will display "FOOD IS READY" once cooking is finished.

Opening the microwave drawer or pressing the START/PAUSE button while cooking will pause
the cooking process.
+30 SEC.
1. Press the +30. SEC button to immediately begin cooking at 100% power for 30 seconds. Each
press will increase the cooking timer by 30 seconds. The maximum cooking time value is 99:99.

If using the kitchen timer, pressing the +30 SEC. button will increase the kitchen timer by 30
seconds.

If using the auto menu selections or if defrosting by time, pressing the +30 SEC. button will
increase their cooking times by 30 seconds.
EXPRESS COOK (NUMBER KEYS)
Express cook is a quick way to set the cooking time between 1 to 5 minutes using the number keys
and is only operable in standby mode.
1. Press the number keys to immediately begin cooking at 100% power in durations within 1 to 5
minutes by selecting 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 for your respective cooking time. The cooking time will begin
counting down.
DEFROST
Allows for efficient and rapid thawing of frozen content over a selected length of time. Once
defrosting is complete, the contents should be cool throughout but softened uniformly in all parts.
If certain areas are still slightly icy, either return the contents to the microwave drawer or allow it to
stand for a few minutes to naturally thaw.
Defrost by Weight
1. Press the DEFROST button once for the screen to display "WEIGHT".
2. Press the number keys to input the content weight to be defrosted.
3. Press the START/PAUSE button to start defrosting. The defrosting time will begin counting down.
Once complete, the alarm will sound and the screen will display "FOOD IS READY".

The input weight of the contents should be between 0.1lbs - 6.0lbs.

An alarm will sound to remind you to turn the contents over during defrosting.
