Care and Maintenance
In order to keep the product in good condition for as long as
possible, it is recommended not to sit on the upper edges of
the backrest and above the armrests, in order to avoid
deformations to the upholstery of the fabrics that could last
over time. The same recommendation also applies to those
seats fitted with wooden tables as they are not suitable for
supporting an average body weight. Similarly, take care not to
exert too much pressure when resting your arms on them. The
products should not be used as a base to retrieve objects that
are placed on top. You should take care of buckles, buttons or
metal parts on garments and bags, as rubbing them against
the fabrics can cause the textile fibers to break down in the
long term. To ensure that the colour remains in good condition
over time, the products should not be placed near direct heat
sources. Remember not to drag but to lift the products
whenever you want to change their position, taking care not to
grab them by the armrests, backrests or tables (if present). It
is a good idea to lift the products even when washing the floor
to prevent the cleaning chemicals from adversely affecting
the leg and foot covers and, where present, the wheels. For
daily cleaning, a soft-bristled brush is enough to remove any
traces of dirt and/or dust. The use of a hoover is also a valid
alternative, provided that you take care not to rub the fabric
excessively, as this could damage it. If the fabrics are stained,
take prompt action by dabbing with warm, slightly soapy
water from the inside to the outside of the stain, making light,
circular movements. As a general rule for cleaning, do not use
abrasive or chlorine-based products or solvents that could
damage the products. To clean wood, use a damp cloth and
neutral detergent. To clean steel and aluminium bases, use a
cloth dampened with warm water and neutral detergent and
wipe thoroughly.
