Explanation of Symbols
Soft-boiled eggs
Soft to medium-boiled eggs
Hardboiled eggs
Please refer to the scale next to the egg symbols for the
number of eggs to be boiled.
The scale reflects average amounts for medium-sized eggs.
The hardness of the boiled eggs depends on different factors:
size and temperature of the eggs. With some experience you
will quickly find your preferred settings.
NOTE:
If the eggs are too hard, please pour slightly less water
than stated in the cooking bowl, or slightly more if the eggs
are too soft.
Using the Omelette / Poaching Insert
• Determine the amount of water according to the scale
labeled
.
• Slightly grease the recesses with butter or margarine to
be able to remove the boiled egg more easily.
• Do not fill in more than one cracked egg per recess.
• Place the omelette / poaching insert on the egg holder.
NOTE:
Always let the savoury egg custard cool down before
cutting it into cubes.
