2 - Introduction
The SLI1000.2 is a compact and powerful class D low impedance amplifier. It delivers 2 x 900W into 4 Ohms.
It can be used in low impedance, 70V stereo or 100V mono.
It has a volume control and LED indicators (signal, clip and protection). Connections are made via combo
connectors on the input side (Jack or XLR) and Speakon on the output side. It features an active high-cut
filter in "SUB" mode with adjustable cut-off frequency.

Power switch
Switches the amplifier on and off.
When the amplifier is on, the VOL A and VOL B
potentiometer LEDs light up.

A-side LED indicators
These LEDs indicate the amplifier's status:
- SIGNAL : Indicates that a signal is present at the power
stage input.
- CLIP : Indicates that a signal is present at the power
stage input.
- PROTECT : Indicates that the amplifier is in protection
mode due to overheating or short-circuit.
Notes :
-It is normal for the PROTECT LED to light up for a few
seconds when the amplifier is switched on.
-If the PROTECT LED remains lit, switch off the
amplifier, wait for it to cool down and check the wiring.
-If on power-up it remains lit even though the amplifier
is not warm and all the wiring is correct, consult a
specialist technician.

Channel A volume control potentiometer
This potentiometer adjusts the level of the signal present
on the INPUT A input.

Channel B volume control potentiometer
This potentiometer adjusts the level of the signal present
on the INPUT B input.

B-side LED indicators
These LEDs indicate the amplifier's status:
- SIGNAL : Indicates that a signal is present at the power
stage input.
- CLIP : Indicates that a signal is present at the power
stage input.

LINK A connector
This connector recovers the signal present on the INPUT
A input for re-injection into another amplification system.

INPUT A connector
Channel A input combo connector. This input accepts
balanced and unbalanced signals.
Notes :
INPUT B and LINK B connectors have the same functions.

Potentiometers for adjusting active filters
Each channel has an active high-cut filter adjustable from
50Hz to 250Hz.

Operating mode selection
This selector is used to choose the amplifier's operating
mode. Each of these modes is detailed in the following
paragraph.

Connect your broadcast systems to these speakons.
Depending on the type of installation, the speakons will
be wired in different ways.
Refer to the following paragraph for details of each type
of installation.
