Refer to the descriptions of the relevant jumpers (JP3, JP8, JP9, and JP10)
according to the serial communication type to be used (RS232 or RS485) and
ensure all connections are correct.

Line driver enabling port(JP3)
This port is to enable/disable the line driver. When using RS232, connect the
jumper to ON; otherwise, connect the jumper to OFF.
