HDD Installation
During the HDD assembly all cabling has to be disconnected from the computer.
Application
1. The external HDD can be connected to or disconnected from the compu-
ter via USB cable without shutting down the computer.
ATTENTION: We strongly recommend using the attached power supply

to obtain sufficient power to operate the hard drive.
Without power, your hard drive may be damaged.
3. Please await the end of read/write operations before disconnecting the
HDD to avoid data lost.
4. A new HDD must first be initialized, partitioned and formatted by the
operation system to be displayed by the system.
If the hard disc isn't recognized instantly by the operating system please
check:
- if the driver software is installed (USB),
- if the HDD is initialized, partitioned and formatted.
5. To store your microSD or SD cards, please open the box on the side
where the adapter is located. Fit the cardholders into the prepared spots
and insert your card.
