Essential instructions for correct and safe electrical knife cleaning
Before cleaning the knife, turn it off and unplug it. Do not submerge the knife in water.
Hazard – Warning: blades are very sharp!
The electrical knife must be cleaned after use. Unplug the appliance. Remove the blade
guard, loosen the blade screw, carefully remove the blade from the electrical knife. Hand
clean the blade in warm water with detergent (never wash it in the dishwasher!). Clean the
side behind the blade with a dry cloth or soft brush. Clean the external side with a damp
cloth. Do not used powder detergents, metallic scouring pads or hard brushes.
Disposal
Do not pollute the environment with the electrical knife. Take it to a recycling centre.
