Problem
No water from
cleansing wand
Poor water spraying
Low water temperature
Low dryer temperature
Dryer not blowing

Caution
Cause
Water supply hose is kinked.
Valve is OFF.
A water failure occurred.
Water supply hose is kinked.
Angle valve is not fully turned ON.
Filter is clogged.
The water temperature is not set properly.
The dryer temperature is not set properly.
In standby mode.
The power is OFF.
Presence of dirt.
User is not within the sensing area of the seat.
The positive and negative direction of the
batteries is incorrect.
Low battery.
If the problem cannot be resolved according to the above solutions, please disconnect the power
and contact service providers.
If the power leakage protection switch always trips, it means that the product is leaking. Please
disconnect the power and contact service providers.
Straighten the hose to remove the kink.
Turn ON the angle valve.
Restore the water supply.
Straighten the hose to remove the kink.
Turn ON the angle valve fully.
Clean the filter.
Adjust the water temperature.
Adjust the dryer temperature.
Switch to functional mode to use dry function.
Push back the spray wand gently and turn
power ON.
Remove the dirt.
Adjust position on seat to activate the sensor.
Reload the batteries.
Replace new batteries.
