1. What should I do if the camera does not appear in the "Camera Setup" even though I clicked
on "Refresh"?
• Check to make sure that both the PC and the camera are connected to the router via a network cable.
• Make sure that the camera is plugged in and the router is turned on.
2. What do I do if there is no video or audio signal?
• Make sure that the camera is located in the network (see 1) and that the camera is plugged in.
• Make sure that number of users accessing the camera does not exceed the limit (max. 16).
3. When I use the camera app (AnyScene), all I get is a black image on my iPhone/iPad/Android?
The video is too large. The network speed is too slow. Go to Settings and select the lower quality. The
video should then display without jerking.
