Connecting chisels
1.
Loosen the compressed air chisel's connection to your compressed air system.
2.
Place the required chisel in the chisel mount.
3.
Secure it with the supplied retaining spring and tighten it manually.
Maintenance and storage
Using compressed air tools with an automatic oiler is recommended. For
•
compressed air systems without an automatic oiler, compressed air tool oil must
be regularly fed into the compressed air tool via the compressed air connection.
Prior to first use, add 3 to 5 drops of compressed air tool oil to the tool via the
•
compressed air connection.
Do not use engine oil, transmission oil or other oils for this purpose. Only use
•
suitable compressed air tool oil.
Drain your compressed air system regularly. Water in the compressed air line can
•
cause loss of power and damage.
Clean or replace the air filter on the compressor at the specified intervals.
•
Environmental protection
Prevention of environmental harm and preservation of the environment should
always be key concerns when it comes to waste disposal. Hence the importance of
ensuring clear separation of leftover materials to ensure proper recycling. Please
check local recycling measures with your local waste authority.
