The Mowox® battery pack is a highly sophisticated technical product. It contains accumulator cells with
lithium-ion technology. This grants a high accumulator capacity and operating range at a low weight.
The notorious „memory effect" is debarred with that technology.
Like all accumulators, the Mowox® battery is subject to a normal usage attrition. In order to use your
accumulator pack for a long time, follow these guidelines:
Do not expose the accumulator pack to any humidity, heat or extreme cold. A storage temperature of
10° to 15°C in a dry environment is ideal. Prior to a longer storage, e.g. winter, you should charge the
battery once. The accumulator is subject to a natural self-discharge and should be recharged every three
months. Towards the end of its lifetime, the duration after a full charge decreases. This natural use-
related wear does not justify a warranty claim.
Please acknowledge that a robotic mower needs, due to its functioning and dependant on its
programming, several charge/discharge cycles each day. Therefore, it is normal that the lifetime of the
battery elapses after one year.
What to do in case of warranty?
Which is important: The purchase receipt must be kept as a proof for the date of first purchase. For an
eventual repair please also store the original package carton. In a warranty case, please contact our
customer service with this warranty sheet and a copy of your proof of purchase. We reserve the right
to reject claims if the purchase cannot be substantiated or the product is obviously not properly
serviced.
This guarantee does not affect the buyer's legal warranty claims against the seller.
