INSTALLING/REMOVING POWER CORD
See Figure 3, page 8.
WARNING:
Do not route cord under carpets, rugs, runners, furniture,
or appliances and always route cord away from traffic
areas to prevent a tripping hazard.
Place the power switch in the center, or OFF ( O ) position.
Raise the battery cover.
Insert the female end of the power cord into the product
as shown.
Connect the male end of the power cord to the power
source.
Make sure the power cord is secured before beginning
operation.
STARTING/STOPPING THE HYBRID
SURFACE DRYER
See Figure 4, page 9.
Connect the dryer to an AC or DC power supply.
To start the dryer, move the switch to the right for
LOW ( I ) fan speeds or to the left for HIGH ( II ) fan
speeds.
To stop the dryer, place the switch in the center, or
OFF ( O ) position.
WARNING:
Hybrid products are always in operating condition.
Therefore, the product should always be in the OFF ( O )
position, with the battery pack removed and power cord
disconnected, when not in use. Do not leave dryer on
while unattended. Failure to follow these instructions
could result in serious personal injury.
WARNING:
When servicing, use only identical replacement parts.
Use of any other part could create a hazard or cause
product damage.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most
plastics are susceptible to damage from various types of
AFTER FRENCH AND SPANISH LANGUAGE SECTIONS.

ATTACHING/REMOVING SIGNS

WARNING:
Only use dryer with proper WET FLOOR signage. Failure
to follow this rule may result in serious personal injury.
Remove the battery pack or power cord if installed.
Release the hook-and-loop strap.
Place a WET FLOOR sign (not included) onto the sign
mount with the warnings facing out.
Wrap the hook-and-loop strap around the sign to secure
in place.
USING THE HYBRID SURFACE DRYER
See Figures 6 - 7, page 9.
Remove the battery pack or power cord if installed.
Place the dryer directly on the wet surface near the
center of the spilled liquid.
NOTE: The drying area extends 4 ft. from the product
in either direction.
Connect the dryer to an AC or DC power supply.
Start the dryer and select the desired dryer speed.
Inspect the surface periodically and check for dryness.
NOTE: Drying speeds will vary.
Move the dryer as necessary until the spill is dry.
Once the surface is dry, stop the dryer and remove the
battery pack or disconnect the power cord.
