Plug the unit into a wall socket with an
EARTH terminal. Set switch (L) to
Position [1].
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
The assistance of a second person
is necessary for the assembly work.
Take the unit out of the box and place
it on the floor. Make sure that all the
pieces are there as Fig.0.
Follow the instructions step by step to
assemble.
1 Take out M4x20 screws (80) and
dismount the motor upper cover as
Fig.1 shows.
Dismount (85) – (89) screws and
extract motor lateral covers.
2 Connect the wire signal on the right
side of the main frame with the one in
the right side of the upright post as
Fig.2.
Use M8x20 (83) screws and (62) flats
to fix the posts to the main frame.
*Note: Mount between 2 person.
3 Connect the wire signal on the right
of the upper part of the machine with
the one in the upright post as Fig.3.
Use the 4 unit M8x30 screws to fix the
upper frame part of the machine to the
posts.
4 Use M8x35 screws (92), Ø8 flats
(62) and M8 nut (93) in order to fix the
console base to the upper frame part
of the treadmill as Fig.4.

FITTING THE MONITOR.-
5 Connect the control wire as Fig.5.
Use M8x35 screws (92), Ø8 flats (62)
and M8 nut (93) to fix the console to
the base. Fig.5.
Nota: Make sure the wires are not
nipped after fix the console.
6 Insert the water bottle holder (31)
in the holes of the upper frame part
as picture Fig.6.
Install again motor lateral covers and
motor upper cover in the opposite order
than in the 1 step.
7 LUBRICATION.-
CAUTION: Before the first use,
apply approximately half the bottle
of lubricant in the central part and
along the entire board, and on both
sides as shown in Fig.7.
(due to different running styles, always
apply more lubrication to the area where
you place your feet during the exercise).
Once the lubricant has been applied you
should neither fold nor use the machine
for a few hours. This will allow the belt to
get well impregnated.

If the bottle of lubricant is missing in
the box, please ask for it before using
an inappropriate lubricant.
