CAUTION:
Use the equipment only under guard.
The equipment must never works without water.
IGNITION
Activate the master switch.
3.1 Electric plate
Turn the knob on the selected position among "1" and "6" (Fig. 1). The pilot lamp lights up.
To start with the highe temperature is advisable; when the temperature is reached turn the knob on a lower position. To
switch off turn the knob on position
4.1 Cleaning and care
During the cleaning don't wash the equipment with direct water spout. The cleaning must be executed when the
equipment is cold.
Before the cleaning disconnect the equipment.
Take away all the oven displaceable elements and wash them.
The stainless steel elements must be washed by hot water and neutral detergent. Rinse the plate by a soft cloth to
remove any trace of detergent. Dry with care.
Using abrasive and corrosive detergents you can cause damages to the stainless steel.
4.2 Action in the case of prolonged disuse
Clean and dry with care and disconnect the electric current.
4.3 Action in the event of a fault
Switch off the equipment, disconnect the electric current and call the technical service.
4.4 Maintenance
Every maintenance must be executed by qualified personnel. Before the maintenance take away the plug or release the
master switch.
3. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Plate out.
1 To keep food warm or to melt the butter.
2 Continous cooking of small quantities.
3 Continous cooking of big quantities.
4 Medium temperature cooking.
5 High temperature cooking.
6 Only in the beginning and for 5-10 minutes max
