Baking
∙ Leave the dough to swell for at least 30 minutes.
∙ For baking, the dough should be fluid.
∙ Preheat the device until the green light shines.
∙ Slightly grease the plates.
∙ Add the dough and spread evenly.
∙ Close the device immediately and slightly pinch so that the dough is spread evenly.
∙ After about 3 minutes remove the waffles and allow to cool on a wire rack.
∙ To remove the waffles do not use metal objects so that the coating will not get damaged.
∙ Close the device. If the green light shines, the device is ready for operation again.
∙ Us all dough as it changes its structure and contains eggs!
