STEP 2: BILATERAL CROSSBAR
With the help of an assistant, insert each end of Bilateral Crossbar into top joints on the Elite Rail Clamps, position, and flip cam joint handles to lock.
(A) STEP 3: ANGLED ARMS
Insert the angled arm into the bottom joint on the Elite Rail Clamp, position, and flip the cam joint handle to lock. Repeat on opposite side if desired.

(B) STEP 3: LOWER ABDOMINAL BAR
With the help of an assistant, insert each end of Lower Abdominal Bar into bottom joints on the Elite Rail Clamps, position, and flip joint handle to lock.
