BEFORE FIRST USE
Lightly grease the baking surfaces before the unit is used

for the first time. Use the appliance for about 10 minutes
with the toasting surfaces closed (see "using the unit").
Then wipe it down with a damp cloth.
Please do not eat the first crepe you make.
