1.3.1 DESCRIPTION

The HYPERMASTER cutter is an all-purpose machine that can be used either at the rear of the tractor or at the side. Thanks to its
pivot, the machine can also work on the sides of ditches and on banks. The power that drives the machine is transmitted by the
tractor through a driveline (with CE marking) which meshes with the power take-off of the overdrive unit (pos.2 Fig. 1) following
which it is transmitted to the tine rotor via the belts of the side transmission belt (pos.3 Fig. 1).
Two different types of cutter can be mounted, depending on the job:
▪
universal knives ( pos.17 Fig. 1) for cutting grass and the stubble of light crops such as: barley, oats, wheat, etc.
▪
hammers ( pos.13 Fig. 1) for cutting more consistent vegetation, such as grass and branches up to 5-6 cm in diameter, etc.
Thanks to its high speed, the rotor is able to accurately shred the plants with which it comes into contact, allowing the vegetation
to easily convert into fertilizing humus. The mechanical shredding action produced by the machine improves the natural fertility
of the soil and thus reduces the amount of chemical fertilizer required.The machine is operated by two hydraulic rams controlled
by the tractor, which must be equipped with two double-acting spool valves.
