5.1
Preliminary work
–
Take off the seat (see Owner's manual, repair manual).

Turn the knurled screw on the fuel tap all the way clockwise.
–
Remove the fuel tank (see Owner's Manual/repair manual).
–
Remove the manifold (see repair manual).
–
Remove the carburetor (see repair manual).
Assembly of exhaust cover

Assembly

Position exhaust cover
(included) in the manifold.
The longer piece sits in the manifold.
Install the manifold (see repair manual).
