During operation, stability must be guaranteed to the chopper, which must not be shaken or
beaten, since these actions do not improve the result of food preparation but rather expose the
risk of separation of the parts, spreading of the contents and contact with moving and cutting
parts..
At the end of use: Separate the parts, motor body, cover and blade and wash it as soon as
possible, in order to prevent the food material from forming encrustations that are difficult to
remove: use running water and, if necessary, common degreasing liquid soap for dishes. Pay
particular attention to the sharp edges of the blade: during cleaning it is always advisable to wear
kitchen gloves; do not wash in the dishwasher. The motor body can be cleaned with a simple damp
cloth; in all cases avoid immersing it or putting it under running water and wait for it to dry
completely before putting it back into service.
