During cooking, the luminous LED (15) switches on and off, high-
lighting that the thermostat is maintaining the temperature set.
• Place the food to cook on the lower plate.
Do not touch the plates and the metallic casing.
• Close the upper cover (2).
• If desired, adjust the cooking temperature
with the knob (12).
• Check the food cooking conditions and, if
necessary, move or flip them upside down
using wooden or plastic tools which are
suitable for high temperatures.
Do not use metallic tools which
could damage the plate non-
stick surface irreparably.
The appliance heats up during use. To prevent burns, operate with
attention so as not to touch the very hot accessible parts of the
appliance with your bare hands. Only touch the handle (1). Wear
heat-resistant gloves to prevent scalds and burns.
• Check the collection tray (7) and, if necessary, quickly empty and reposition it under the
dripping nozzle.
• When cooking has been completed, turn the knob (12) fully anti-clockwise and remove
the plug from the socket.
Cooking times depend on the food type, thickness and on personal
preference.
