WARNING !
When you run the WATERLINKCONNECT program on a PC and connect a SPIN TOUCH, it may automati-
cally start a software update, as shown in the picture below :
IT IS VITAL YOU DO NOT DISCONNECT THE SPIN TOUCH during this process, otherwise the SPIN TOUCH
may become corrupted and need a repair.
The process takes approximately five (5) minutes, please be patient! The SPIN TOUCH may re-start
several times during the process.
When the process is finished, the WATERLINKCONNECT program will look like this :
Before you run any water tests, you must check the SPIN TOUCH calibration has not been changed, by
selecting the DISC TYPE = MCD (METER CHECK DISC), insert the MCD into the TOUCH and RUN TEST.
If results are within limits printed on the MCD foil packet, you can now proceed with a water test.
If results are outside of the limits printed on the MCD foil packet, leave the MCD in the SPIN TOUCH, go to
ANGLE CALIBRATION (on MAIN MENU) and run an ANGLE CALIBRATION, the results should now be within
the limits printed on the foil packet and you may proceed to carry out a water test.
