ERROR DETECTION:
Before you contact our services center, please check the following points
Problem
Motor does not start
Suction power is weaker
The wire cannot be winded
completely.

Power card winds unwanted back
The dust tank cannot be closed
WARMING:
If the supply card is damaged, It must be replaced by the manufacturer or its server agent of a similarly qualified person in order
to avoid a hazarded.

Possible reason
-Power cord not firmly plugged
into outlet
-Outlet damaged
-Cleaner not switch on
-unit clogged
-Dust filter needs cleaning
-Dust tank not in position
-Filter blocked
The wire may diverge the wire
wheel.
The wire may wind disorder
Appliance is defective
Rewind mechanisms is defective
Dust filter is not in the position
Active
-Plug into firmly
-Check the outlet
-Switch on the appliance.
-Remove the blockage
-Clean the dust filter
-Close the dust tank
-Clean the filter
Draw the wire a little then rewind.
Press the rewinder button and try again.
Repair the appliance
