VAV IP Controllers - Installation Instructions
WARNING ! Always disconnect the controller from power
before mounting.
1. Mount the controller on the damper shaft and attach
Anti-rotation bracket.
2. Drill a pilot hole as shown below.
3. Adjust the shaft adapter and fasten the controller on the
damper shaft.

NOTE : The controller can be mounted in any
position, depending on the VAV box and the position
of the damper shaft.

4. Fasten the screw to fix the Anti-rotation bracket.
5. Always use Anti-rotation bracket to mount the controller.
Do not use a single screw to mount the controllers as
shown below.
6. Attach the airflow pickup.
*Maximum pressure: ± 2.0 inches H
WARNING ! Blowing or sucking air into the pressure
tubes will damage the pressure sensor.
NOTE : The airflow sensor is a uni-directional, i.e.,
tubes can be connected to either of the ports.
