When operating the impact wrench, plan pauses and avoid
operating it for long periods of time. Permanent vibrations
are harmful to health.
The control and safety devices installed must not be
removed or inhibited.
To avoid accidents, you should also take into consideration
the following precautions and procedures:
▪ When operating the impact wrench, place yourself in a
stable position and always keep your balance. Hold the
appliance firmly to ensure continuous operation and
withstand unexpected situations.
When the rotary accessory gets jammed, switch off the tool
immediately.
▪ Make sure that the ventilation slots are not clogged. Do
not place any objects over the slots.
Before
performing
cleaning,
changing, repairing and maintenance tasks, you must
remove the battery.
Replace worn out or damaged parts immediately, so that
the power tool is always in a safe operating condition.
Cleaning:
Always keep the power tool clean and dry, free from oil or
grease. Clean all appliance components and attachments
after each use.
Do not use aggressive cleaning products. These products
may damage plastics and metals, compromising the safe
operation of the power tool.
Maintenance:
Only maintenance works described in this instruction
manual may be carried out, all other works must be
performed by an official distributor.
Keep all screws and nuts well tightened in order to ensure
a safe operation.

If any components or safety devices are removed for
maintenance
works,
immediately and correctly.
Use only VITO-approved tools for this machine or
technically identical parts. Failure to do so may result in
personal injuries or damages to the impact wrench. If in
doubt, if you lack knowledge or resources, you should
contact an official distributor.
The impact wrench should only be serviced by the brand's
technical assistance center, or other qualified personnel,
replacing any necessary parts with original ones.
1. Insert the battery (3) on the groove and slip it all the way
until you hear a "click" noise from the lock/unlock
button (4). At this point, the battery is locked in place;
2. To remove the battery, press the lock/unlock button and
pull out the battery.
Use VITO 20V lithium-ion batteries.
1. Fit the battery in the charger in the same way as you
would place it in the appliance;
2. Plug the charger into the socket and let it charge.
Sometimes at the end of charging, both the battery and the
charger can be hot, which doesn't mean they malfunction.
Let the battery cool down before fitting it into the impact
wrench.
Remove the battery before fitting or changing attachments.
1. Fit the attachment, making sure it is securely locked into
place;
2. To remove, pull it out.
