WARRANTY
The following warranty conditions are based on the Europe-
an Directive 99/44/EC and the Civil Code. For this product,
we grant a guarantee according to the following conditions:
- Florevita warrants that any defects due to faulty materials
and workmanship in its products will be repaired at Florev-
ita's expense for a period of two years from the date of pur-
chase, or that the product will
be replaced in its entirety. This warranty covers the cost of
materials and labour.
- Repairs will not be carried out at Florevita's expense if it is
not convincingly demonstrated (by means of a sales receipt
or electronic invoice) that the day of the claim is within the
warranty period.
- The warranty does not apply to product parts and products
(and/or product parts) that are subject to wear and tear or
that can be considered as consumables due to their nature,
as well as to glass parts.
- The warranty is void if the defect is caused by damage
