4.4 Feeding Filler Welding Wire
Warning——During the welding process, ensure that the welding wire is insulat-
ed, such as using an insulated wire feed tube. Ensure that the welding wire can
be safely transferred from the wire spool to the welding torch position.
When feeding the wire, pay attention to the following:
1) The sharp end of the filler welding wire may cause damage to the hose.
Before feeding into the hose, clean the burrs at the end of the welding wire.
2) The welding wire wound on the wire spool is elastic and may cause personal
injury. Insert the welding wire into the four-wheel drive device of the wire feeder,
firmly hold one end of the welding wire to prevent the wire from rebounding and
causing personal injury.
3) Do not aim the end of the welding wire at others, ensuring that the welding
wire does not touch any charged objects.
4.5 Installation/remplacement des dévidoirs de fil métallique
Avertissement - En raison de la nature potentiellement mortelle des chocs
électriques, suivez ces étapes avant de commencer le travail :
1)Couper l'interrupteur d'alimentation du dévidoir de fil.
2)Débranchez les connexions du câble d'alimentation et du câble d'entrée.
3) S'assurer que la connexion entre la source d'alimentation et la ligne
électrique reste déconnectée jusqu'à ce que tous les travaux soient terminés.
