Fig. 3 Cut the food in small squares (remove the cheese rind), put them in the
hopper, lower the lever. Fig. 4 press the start button. Fig. 5 This appliance is
provided with a practical and simple plug to keep the unused food in the hopper
and roll. The plug protects the roll from dirt or dust.

Fig. 6 Turn off the motor, then rotate the indented ring nut anticlockwise by
about 1/4 and draw the roll outwards. Fig. 7 To refit, introduce the roller into its
housing, keep it pressed and rotate clockwise by about 1/4. a click will signal the
automatic link.

Fig. 8 To disassemble the hopper, turn off the motor, rotate the indented ring nut
anticlockwise by about 1/4 and remove the roller. Fig. 9 Lift the lever.

Fig. 11 Separate the hopper from the external protection by pulling slightly.
Fig. 12 To refit the hopper, align the three grooves with the three hooks on the
external protection, press slightly until you hear a click. Fig. 13 place back the
unit into the machine body housing and press slightly until you hear a click.
