4. MACHINE DESCRIPTION
4.1. USAGE CONDITIONS
This machine has been designed for pumping clean
water at a maximum temperature of 35C. Do not use
this pump to pump other liquids different to clean
waters such as sea water, dirty water, petrol, oils,
solvents, food liquids (milk, soft drinks, etc) or residual
waters. This machine is for private domestic use in
domestic water installations and domestic watering
systems.
This machine is for private use in domestic water
installations, watering systems or similar installations.
It has not been designed for continuous use.
4.2 MACHINE FUNCTIONING
This pressure group consists of a pump that pumps
water at pressure, a regulating boiler, a pressure
switch that starts and stops the pump and a
manometer that indicates the pressure of the water.
When starting to use the pressure group, the pump
provides pressure to the water circuit. Whilst there is
water in the system thanks to for example an open
water tap, the pump will provide water pressure
without stoppage.
Should the use fall below the capacity of the pump,
the water that is not used will start to enter the
pressurising a plastic membrane full of air found in its
interior and the water pressure in the internal circuit
will start to rise. When the pressure in the circuit
exceeds 3 bars of pressure, the pressure switch will
cut the current to the engine and the pump will stop.
When opening a tap, the air membrane in the interior
of the boiler will push the water in its interior servicing
water into the circuit. As water leaves the boiler, the
pressure in the circuit will start falling and when the
pressure is lower than 1.5 bars, the pressure switch
will connect the current and the engine will start,
turning the pump that will give pressure to the circuit.
In this way, the machine will provide pressure and
water flow constant when the machine is working and
stopping the pump depending on the necessities.
